Interdisziplinäre Prävention — Kritische Situationsanalyse

Zusammenfassung

Eine auf schweizerische Verhältnisse bezogene kritische Situationsanalyse ergibt einen allgemeinen Trend zu Spezialisierung und Partikularisierung. Dieser ist in unserem Lande zum Teil historisch-politisch bedingt. Von diesem Trend sind vorallem die medizinisch-biologische Forschung, die Ausbildung, das Gesundheitswesen und der Umweltschutz betroffen. Die Präventivmedizin hat mit Schwierigkeiten zu kämpfen.

Angesichts dieser Situation ist es nicht einfach, interdisziplinäre Strategien zur Förderung von Prävention und Gesundheit durchzusetzen. Dringend ist die Beschaffung zusätzlicher Geldmittel durch Aeufnung eines Gesundheitsfonds. Integration und Interdisziplinarität müssen bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung, bei der Forschung und in den öffentlichen Verwaltungen gefördert werden. Für die Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Sozial- und Präventivmedizin ergibt sich die Konsequenz, dass die Zusammenarbeit mit gleichgerichteten medizinischen und nicht-medizinischen Gesellschaften und Organisationen gefördert werden muss.

L'analyse critique de la situation montre une tendance générale à la. spécialisation, au particularisme. Dans notre pays, ceci est en partie déterminé par des facteurs historiques et politiques. Cette tendance est particulièrement marquée dans la recherche biomédicale, la formation, le fonctionnement du système de santé, la protection de l'environnement.

La médecine préventive est confrontée à cet égard à des difficultés. Il n'est pas facile de mettre en oeuvre des stratégies pour la promotion de la prévention et de la santé en général. Il est urgent de disposer de ressources supplémentaires par la création d'un Fonds pour la prévention. L'intégration et l' interdisciplinarité doivent être renforcées dans la formation, de base et post-graduée, dans la recherche et dans les administrations. En conséquence, pour la Société suisse de médecine sociale et préventive, la collaboration doit être accrue avec d'autres sociétés et organisations, du domaine médico-sanitaire ou non, qui poursuivent des buts analogues.

Summary

We witness a general trend towards increasing specialization and particularism. In Switzerland, this is determined in part by historical and political factors. This trend influences especially the fields of biomedical research, education, the functioning of the health system and the protection of the environnement.

Preventive medicine is confronted with several obstacles. It certainly is not simple to implement interdisciplinary strategies for prevention and health promotion. It is urgent to make additional resources available, through the creation of a Prevention Fund. Integration and interdisciplinarity are to be promoted in prsand postgraduate training, in research and in the administrations. For the Swiss Society for Social and Preventive Medicine, a consequence is that collaboration has to be strengthened with societies and organisations, medical or not, which have similar purposes.
