Zusammenfassung
Organisation und Resultate eines Teil-kollektivs (211 Familien) der Basler Familienstudie werden dargestellt. An rund 500 Familien sollen die familiären Einflüsse auf Verhalten und Risikofaktoren (RF) erforscht werden. Mit intraindividuellen Korrelationsanalysen wird der Einfluss von zahlreichen Parametern auf die RF untersucht. Die intrafamiliäre Analyse erlaubt Rückschlüsse darüber, wieweit RF durch vererbte bzw. verhaltensabhängige Faktoren beeinflusst werden. Eine erste Analyse zeigt die Bedeutung der Mutter in der Verhaltensbildung.

L'organisation de l'étude de famille à Bâle est démontrée. L'étude recherche l'influence des facteurs transmis dans la famille sur les facteurs de risque cardiovasculaires. Environ 500 familles seront inclues dans l'enquÊte. Des résultats préliminaires sont donnés tiré d'un échantillon de 211 familles délineant le plan d'analyse. Il devient déja évident que l'influence de la mère est de grande importance dans le dévelopment du comportement des enfants.
Summary
The organisation of the Basle Family Study and preliminary results outlining the data analysis are presented. The study investigates in 500 families the familial influence on risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. In addition the distribution of hemostatic variables is studied. Analysis of the data according to age, sex and intrafamilial relations in 211 families demonstrate the influence of the mother on the development of the life style of the children.
