Summary

Behavioural group treatment for families with obese children ist presented: after analysing their actual living situation (eating-drinking, habits, physical activities, schoolsituation etc.) parents and children work out changements and train these together. Included in this one-year programm is a 3-week vacationcamp for the children.

Une thérapie de comportement en groupe pour des familles avec des enfants obèses est présentée. Après avoir analisé la situation actuelle de vie (habitudes alimentaires, activitées physiques, situation scolaire etc.), parents et enfants élaborent un plan de changements. Ces nouvelles habitudes sont pratiquées dans la vie quotidienne. Un camp de vacances pour les enfants (3 semaines) fait partie du programme.
