Résumé

Une étude menée pendant l'année scolaire 1980/1981 comparait la réaction du Monotest et du Tine-Test chez 1861 écoliers de Bâle (âgés de 15 ans).Les non-réagants dans l'un ou l'autre des deux tests étaient examinés par le Mantoux intradermique de 10 UI (PPD-Berna). Les résultats étaient jugés en comparant les taux des faux négatives dans les deux groupes, le Tine-Test en présentait 16%, le Monotest 25%. Par contre les réactions positives étaient moins équivoques avec le Monotest.

Summary

A study was conducted to compare the Tuberculine-Tine test with the Tuberculine Monotest; a total of 1861 pupils (age 15) were tested with either of the two tests, non-reactors were retested with a Mantoux-Test of 10 UI. False negative rates were 16% for the Tuberculine Tine-test and 25% for the Monotest. However the positive reactions of the Monotest were more inequivocal.
