Evolutions sociales et préventives dans les 15 ans à venir

Résumé

Pour l'instant nous évoluons dans le renfermement de pas mal de traditions. Hélas il ne faut pas vivre dans l'illusion que probablement rien ne se modifiera fondamentalement ni nous méfier, par ailleurs, des excès de l'hystrionisme massmédiatique et de l'opportunisme politique des phénomènes de mode; ces derniers seront probablement les reflets caricaturaux de ce que deviendra peut-être notre société. Ils renverront, cependant, leur futilité dans l'écume du mouvement d'une vague profonde qui marquera une évolution qu'il s'agirait de prévoir. Dans la mesure où elle permet de stimuler la pensée ou de modifier même la structure de nos institutions ou de nos patients, les techniques sociales et préventives qui risquent de s'amorcer ne seront pas de simples perfectionnements de ce que nous avons actuellement à disposition, mais elles nous ouvriront tout bonnement un univers qualitatif et radicalement différent de celui qui est né au 19ème siècle. Cet essai devrait surtout nous permettre de comprendre que c'est notre rapport même à une autre réalité peut-être, notre nouveau mode de vie, notre «culture» en son sens le plus large, qui vont sans doute se trouver ainsi bouleversés ou tout simplement remis en question. De là l'importancequ'aura sans doute à jouer la médecine sociale et préventive, et évidemment, la psychiatrie sociale et préventive en l'an 2000!

Zusammenfassung

Im Moment entwickeln wir uns in der Verschlossenheit mancher Traditionen. Leider müssen wir nicht mit der Illusion leben, dass wahrscheinlich nichts gründlich verändert werden wird. Ausserdem sollten wir uns den Übermässigkeiten der massmediativen Stümperei und dem politischen Opportunismus des medischen Phänomenen misstrauen. Diese werden wahrscheinlich die verzerrten Trugbilder unserer künftigen Gesellschaft. Sie könnten jedoch eine vorhersehbare Entwicklung bezeigen. Es erlaubt ein Stimulus für den Gedanken oder eine Änderung der Struktur unserer Institutionen oder unserer Patienten zu ändern. Da würden eventuelle soziale und präventive Techniken, die nicht nur einfaches Perfektionieren zu Verfügung stehenden sind. Aber sie werden uns ein qualitativ anderes Universum öffnen als das, das im 19. Jahrhundert geschaffen wurde. Dieser Aufsatz sollte uns vor allem verstehen lassen, dass unsere Lebensweise, eben unsere Kultur umgestürzt würde. Im Jahre 2000 wird die soziale und präventive Psychiatrie zweifellos eine sehr wichtige Rolle haben.

Summary

At the present instant we are evoluating in the withdrawing of a lot of traditions. Alas one shouldn't live in the illusion that probably nothing will basically change either to be suspicious or either the massmediatic histrionism and the political opportunismus towards fashion phenomens; these will probably be the caricatured reflects of what shall perhaps become our society. They will however refer to their futility in the form of the wave which will mark an evolution we shall try to anticipate. In some degree it will allow to stimulate the thought or to modify structure of our medical institutions or our patients, the social and preventive technics that risk to begin won't be simple improvements of what we have now, but they'll open a qualitative universe and extremely different of those, that were born in the 19th century. This study should above all permit us to understand that our report same towards another reality perhaps, or perhaps a new way of life, ‘culture’ in the broadest sens, will be so upset or simply reported in question. Here we see the importance that will be played by the social and preventive medecin and evidently the social and preventive psychiatry in the year 2000.
