Zur Darstellung der infratentoriellen Gefäße mit der Gegenstromarteriographie

Zusammenfassung

Die einseitige rechtsseitige Brachialisarteriographie liefert in 66/3% gute, in weiteren 17 1/3% ausreichende Füllung des Vertebralis-Basilarissystems. Mit der beiderseitigen simultanen Brachialisangiographie wird die Zahl der guten Füllungen auf über 90%e rheblich verbessert. Versager kommen nur selten vor.

Summary

Unilateral right sided brachial arteriography yields good results in 66.6% and, in a further 17.3% gives adequate filling of the vertebral-basilar system. Using bilateral simultaneous brachial angiography the number of good fillings was markedly improved to over 90%. Failures are rare.

L'angiographie brachiale unilatérale droite donne de bons résultats dans 66,6% des cas, et parmi ces bons résultats 17,3% donnent un remplissage satisfaisant du système vertébro basilaire. L'angiographie brachiale bilatérale simultanée donne plus de 90% de bonne opacification. Les échecs sont rares.

Riassunto

L'arteriografia brachiale destra permette nel 66,66% dei casi di ottenere un buon riempimento del sistema vertebro-basilare, mentre nel 17,33% dei casi ne permette uno sufficiente. Mediante la tocnica della angiografia brachiale simultanea il numero di ottimi riempimenti sale al 90%.

Resumen

Con la angiografía braquial unilateral derecha se obtienen buenos resultados en un 66,6% de los casos, y entre estos buenos resultados en un 17,3% de ellos se consigue una replección satisfactoria del sistema vertebro-basilar. La angiografía braquial bilateral simultánea da más de un 90% de buena Opacificación. Los fallos son raros.
