Kinetics and mechanism of redox reactions of U(III) ions with 2-chloro and 2-bromopropanoic acids

Abstract

The kinetics and mechanism of redox reactions of U3+ ions with 2-chloro and 2-bromopropanoic acids were studied. The influence of pH led to the determination of the rate constants corresponding to two parallel steps. The influence of binary mixtures on the reaction rate was followed. The kinetic results for halogen-substituted carboxylic acids forming an isokinetic series have been compared.

Abstract

Были исслелованы кинетика и механизм редокс реакций ионов U+3 с 2-хлор- и 2-бромпропановой ктслотами. На ослобе влияния pH можно определить константы скорости состветствующих двух параллельных ступеней. Было определено влияние бинарных смесей на скорось реакции. Сравнивались кинетические результаты галогенозамещенных карбоксильных кислот, образующих изокинетические серии.
