Isobutylene nitroxidation on catalysts containing nickel oxide

Abstract

Isobutylene nitroxidation was performed at 410 °C on supported NiO catalysts. The results obtained were interpreted on the basis of surface acidity and NiO-support interactions. Surface spinel (NiAl2O4) formation in the NiO−Al2O3 sample is probably responsible for the improvement of the catalytic properties of the catalysts due to the alumina.

Abstract

Нитрокисление изобутилена проводилось при 410 °C на каталтзаторах NiO на носителях. Полученные результаты интерпретировались на основе взаимодействий поверхностных кислых центров с носителем NiO. Образование поверхностной спинели (NiAl2O4) в образце NiO−Al2O3 приводит, вероятно, к улучшению каталитических свойств катализатора вследствие вспомогательного действия алюминия.
