Abstract
The kinetics of ethylene polymerization on a catalyst prepared by reacting tris (π-allyl) chromium with silica have been studied. The rate of polymerization is first order with respect to the monomer concentration; the activation energy is5+1 kcal/mol. The number of propagation centers and the propagation rate constant (1.8×103 1/mol s at 50°C) have been determined using radioactive quenching agents (CH3OT,14CO).
Abstract
Изучена кинетика полимеризации этилена на катализаторе, полученном при взаимодействии трис-π-аллилхрома с силикагелем. Установлено, что скоростъ полимеризации имеет первый порядок по моноеру, энергия активации составляет5+1 ккал/молъ, С исполъзованием радиоактивных инчибиторов (CH3OH3, C14O) определено число центров роста и константа скорости роста (1,8.103 л/молъ сек, 50°).
