Promoting effect of potassium on catalytic and surface properties and phase commposition of catalysts for synthesis of alcohols

Abstract

The dependence between catalytic and surface acid-base properties of Zn−Cr−K catalysts has been established. Modification by potassium and an increase in potassium concentration promotes Zn−Cr−K reduction and raises the yield of higher alcohols. The spinel structure of catalysts is preserved.

Abstract

Установена взаимосвязь между каталитическими и кислотноосновными свойствами поверности Zn−Cr−K катализаторов. Введение добавки калия и увеличение ее содержания облегчает восстановления Zn−Cr−K контактов и способствует росту производптельности по высшим сииртам, при этом сохраняется шпинальная структура катализаторов.
