Highly active photoadsorbed oxygen species on zinc oxide

Abstract

Photoadsorbed oxygen is the intermediate for the photo-isotope exchange of molecular oxygen with the ZnO surface. Its most active species are those having a maximum intensity in thermal desorption spectra at 390–430 K.

Фотоадсорбированный кислород является промежуточным продуктом в реакции фотоизотопного обмена молекулярного кислорода с поверхностью ZnO. Формы фотоадсорбированного кислорода, имеющие максимумы в термодесорбционном спектре при 390–430 К, обладают наибольшей активностью.
