Abstract
The analysis of ESR spectra from the system TiCl4+ TIBA in solution under defreezing from 77 to 200 K permitted to identify formation stages of TiCl3 particles. At first well-ordered Ti 7+2 structures, and upon subsequent reduction [Ti 6+2 ]n are formed. It is the crystallization of the latter that produces TiCl3 particles.
Abstract
Анализ спектров ЭПР системы TiCl4+ТИБА в растворе по мере размораживания от 77 до 200 K позволил выделить стадии формирования частиц TiCl3: сначала образование упорядоченных структур Ti 7+2 , затем при последующем восстановлении-[Ti 6+2 ]n, кристаллизация которых и дает частицы TiCl3.
