Catalytic conversion of C6-hydrocarbons on MVIII-containing molybdena-alumina

Abstract

Sulfieded MVIII-promoted Mo/Al2O3 catalysts are widely used in hydrotreatment reactions [1–3]. A synergic effect found between catalytic activity of MVIII-metal and Mo was explained by some authors [4–6] by charge transfer between these metals.
