Measurement of the dispersity of supported ruthenium catalysts by oxygen chemisorption

Abstract

A highly dispersed (Ø (Ru)<10 Å, from electron microscopy) Al2O3-supported catalyst and not so well dispersed silica supported Pt, Ru, Pt, Ru-alloy catalysts were investigated. Oxygen coverage of Ru is found to be close to 2 at 20 °C over the monometallic Ru catalysts as well as over the Pt, Ru-alloy catalysts.

Abstract

Были исследованы высоко диспергиованный катализатор (Ø (Ru)<10 Å согласно электронной микроскопии) на носителе Al2O3 и не настолько хорошо диспергированные катализаторы Pt и Ru и сплавов Pt с Ru на окиси алюминия. Степень заполнения поверхности Ru близко к 2 при 20°C как на монометаллических катализаторах Ru, так и на сплавах Pt с Ru.
