Kinetics of autocatalytic thermal decomposition of perchlorates in molten nitrate solutions

Abstract

The rates of perchlorate decomposition in various molten salt solvents have been studied. Activation energies of both catalytic and noncatalytic processes are close and the differences between the rates of these two processes are due to the variations of pre-exponential factors.

Изучены скорости разложения перхлоратов в различных расплавленных солевых растворителях. Энергии активации каталитического и некаталитического процессов близки, а различия скоростей обоих процессов связаны с изменениями предэкспоненциальных множителей.
