Surface effects on magnetically coupled ”γ-Fe2O3” colloids

Abstract

Spinel iron oxide cationic sol flocculated by various agents, acids and bases, has been investigated by Mössbauer spectrometry. On the basic of chemical results, surface effects and inter-particle magnetic interactions have been characterized.
