Summary
This paper introduces a modification of the model, concerning statistical quality control, already presented in 1969 by W. Uhlmann; it refers to a producer warranting for the maximum fraction defective. When the lot is rejected by the consumer, the producer will effect a total examination. If the fraction defective is not greater than the warranted maximum, the consumer will have to pay the total examination, in the other case the cost for the total examination will be paid by the producer. Concerning this modification test statistics are to be found by the minimax principle applied to the regret functions. In the last chapter the presented solution is generalized to a wider class of non-linear loss functions.
