Zusammenfassung

Bei Erythrocyten, die mit ACD-Stabilisator kältegelagert wurden, kommt es nach Zusatz von Adenosin bei 37‡C zu einer Abnahme der nach Lagerung erhöhten Konzentration an Panorg. und zu einer Zunahme der verminderten ATP-Konzentration. Die Konzentration an DAP und FDP erhöht sich bei konstantem Gehalt an BTS beträchtlich. Auch die Milchsäure erfährt eine Konzentrationszunahme.
