Abstract

The microculture of fungi on polythene discs, simple, rapid and economic method, could be used as a variant of the slide culture method. It may also be used for the direct isolation of fungi from various specimens (hair, skin, etc.).

Résumé

La méthode de microculture sur disques de polythène pourrait être servie à titre de variante de la méthode de culture sur lame. Elle pourrait aussi être utilisée pour l'isolement direct de champignons à partir de produits pathologiques.

Zusammenfassung

Die Mikrokultur von Pilzen an Polythene Scheiben ist einfach, schnell und wirtschaftlich. Sie kann als eine Variante der Objektträger-Kulturmethode benützt werden. Sie kann auch für direkte Isolierung von Pilzen aus pathologischem Material (Haar, Haut, etc.) angewandt werden.
