Summary

Blood-pressure depressing non-dialysable substances of urine are precipitable by Uranylacetat and are eluted by Diammoniumphosphat. A following separation by elektrophoresis shows two fractions, that are depressing blood-pressure. One of these is the thermounstable Kallikrein, the other the thermostable Depressan.
