Untersuchungen über die Wirksamkeit der Ventilation nach thoraxchirurgischen Eingriffen (Pleuraeröffnung, Lobektomie, Pneumonektomie)

Zusammenfassung

Der Einfluß von Pleuraeröffnungen, Lobektomien und Pneumonektomien auf die alveoläre Ventilation wird im Hyperventilationstest überprüft. Die Gas- und blutgasanalytisch gewonnenen Werte zeigen, daß keiner dieser Eingriffe zu einer funktionell wesentlichen Verteilungsstörung führt. Beschränkung des Atemgrenzwertes und Verminderung des Alveolarcapillarbettes bestimmen die Leistungsgrenze dieser Patienten.
