Nachweis von Serumproteinen im Gewebe bei experimenteller Dysproteinämie

Untersuchungen mit fluorescierenden Antikörpern

Zusammenfassung

Durch mehrwöchige Behandlung mit subcutanen Injektionen einer Casein-NaOH-Lösung wurde an Ratten eine Dysproteinämie erzeugt. Mit Hilfe fluorescierender Antikörper wurde nach der vonCoons angegebenen Methode die Lokalisation verschiedener Serumproteine im Rattengewebe untersucht. Rattenalbumin sowie vor dem Tode injiziertes Humanalbumin undγ- Globulin konnten außerhalb der Gefäße in den Kupfferschen Sternzellen der Leber, im Muskelinterstitium und dem Interstitium der Nieren nachgewiesen werden, während die Parenchymzellen von Leber, Nieren und Muskulatur keine auf das Vorhandensein der genannten Proteine hinweisende spezifische Fluorescenz erkennen ließen. Die Dysproteinämie führte zu keiner Änderung der beim normalen Tier zu beobachtenden Lokalisation des Eiweißes im Gewebe bzw. der physiologischen Permeabilitätsverhältnisse der Capillar- und Zellwand.
