Zusammenfassung

Es wird über folgende Methoden berichtet, die in einer Reihe von Untersuchungen über den Umsatz von markierten Plasmaeiweißfraktionen angewandt wurden: Darstellung von isolierten Eiweißfraktionen,131-J-Markierung der Proteine, Papierelektrophorese, Aktivitätsmessung. Ferner wurde die mathematische Analyse der angefallenen Ergebnisse dargestellt.
