The emendation of the genusKluyveromyces v. d. Walt

Abstract

The genusKluyveromyces has been emended to include species forming 1 – 4 crescentiform, reniform, prolate ellipsoidal or spheroidal ascospores.

Fourteen species have been assigned to the emended genusKluyveromyces.
