Über die Lipaseaktivität der Lymphe

Zusammenfassung

In der Extremitäten-, Darm- und Halslymphe sowie in den entsprechenden Sera narkotisierter, hungernder und mit verschiedenen Nährstoffen gefütterter Hunde wurde die Lipaseaktivität bestimmt. Im Blutserum war der Enzymspiegel unabhängig von der Nahrung und vom Ort der Gewinnung konstant. Wie die Untersuchungen ergaben, ist in der Lymphe aller 3 Gebiete Lipase enthalten. Obgleich die Lipaseaktivität in der Lymphe von den verschiedenen Nährstoffen bzw. vom Hungern nicht beeinflußt wurde, waren jedoch in den einzelnen Regionen unterschiedliche Enzymspiegel festzustellen: Darm > Hals > Extremität. Wahrscheinlich fällt der Lipase im Fettstoffwechsel keine besondere Rolle zu und wird die Lipase nicht ausschließlich vom Darm produziert.
