Zusammenfassung
Durch intravenöse Einzelinjektionen von hämolysierendem Staphylokokkentoxin konnten bei Ratten symmetrische Nierenrindennekrosen erzeugt werden. Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß die Läsion primär durch einen Spasmus im Bereich der afferenten Arteriolen des Cortex renalis verursacht wird. Die individuell verschiedene Empfindlichkeit der Ratten gegenüber Staphylotoxin ist untersucht, und eine Abhängigkeit vom Antihämolysintiter des Blutes nachgewiesen worden. Die Zusammenhänge mit den beim Menschen vorkommenden bilateralen Nierenrindennekrosen wurden diskutiert.
