IV. Die Aktivität der Phosphomonoesterasen in der Gefäßwand bei Arteriosklerose und Endangitis obliterans

Zusammenfassung

In 10 Fällen von Endangitis obl. und Arteriosklerose, bei denen wegen des klinischen Zustandsbildes eine Amputation erforderlich wurde, wurde die Aktivität der sauren und alkalischen Phosphomonoesterasen in den Arterienwänden untersucht. Bei Endangitis obl. fand sich eine Erhöhung der Aktivität der sauren Phosphomonoesterase, die bei arteriosklerotischen Gefäßveränderungen erniedrigt war. Bei Arteriosklerose wurde unterschiedliche Aktivitätssteigerung der alkalischen Phosphomonoesterase beobachtet, die mit einer gleichzeitig histologisch festgestellten Faserbildung in Zusammenhang gebracht wurde. Die Befunde wurden mit dem jeweiligen histologischen Untersuchungsbefund verglichen und im Hinblick auf den allgemeinen Stoffwechsel der Gefäßwand diskutiert.
