Die Wirkung der experimentellen Okklusion der Gallengänge auf den Leberkreislauf

Zusammenfassung

Durch Unterbindung des D. choledochus kommt es beim Hund erstens zu einer Verminderung der durch die Leber strömenden Blutmenge bereits nach 1–2 Std, zweitens zu einer signifikanten Zunahme des Druckes in der V. portae; die maximale BSP-Sekretion bleibt unverändert.
