Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein mechanisches Kreislaufmodell beschrieben, das dazu bestimmt ist, die Einflüsse der verschiedenen Kreislaufkompartimente auf die Form der Farbstoffkurve zu analysieren. Die Theorie der Mischvorgänge wird abgeleitet. In dieser Mitteilung haben wir ein offenes System untersucht. Die Fläche unter der Farbstoffkurve war dem Durchflußvolumen umgekehrt proportional. Die Pulsationen der Strömung vermindern die Genauigkeit der Berechnung nicht. In allen Kurven ließ sich ein einfach exponentieller Konzentrationsabfall feststellen. Dieser Kurvenanteil stellte sich erst relativ spät ein. Der Befund wird an Hand der Theorie und in Bezug auf die Bedeutung bei der Berechnung des Herzminutenvolumens und des sog. zentralen Blutvolumens diskutiert. Die Zeitkonstante des exponentiell abfallenden Konzentrationsschenkels ließ keine Rückschlüsse auf die realen Mischvolumina zu. Eine Beziehung zwischen der Zeitkonstanten der Kurve und den verschiedenen Volumenkompartimenten kann schon rein theoretisch nicht erwartet werden. Im Modellversuch zeigten sich Beziehungen zum Hubvolumen der Pumpe und eine hubvolumenabhängige Beziehung zu dem der Pumpe nachgeschalteten Volumen, welches mit größer werdendem Hub immer intensiver durchmischt wird.
