Dünnschichtchromatographie und quantitative Bestimmung von Bromsulphthalein-Stoffwechselprodukten

Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung eines einfachen dünnschichtchromatographischen Trennverfahrens auf Cellulose für Bromsulphthalein-Stoffwechselprodukte in der Rattengalle. Im Vergleich zur Säulenchromatographie oder Papierchromatographie lassen sich bei verkürzter Trenndauer fünf BSP-Metaboliten isolieren. Die Einzelbanden können außerdem bei der beschriebenen Auftragstechnik quantitativ durch Eluierung bestimmt werden.

Summary

A simple ascending thin-layer chromatographic technique on cellulose for the separation of bromsulphalein metabolites in rat bile is described. In comparison to column chromatography or paper chromatography five bromsulphalein metabolites can be isolated in a shorter separation time. The well separated colored zones may be estimated quantitatively by elution if the bile sample is spotted linear on the base line.
