Experimentelle Angaben zur Pathologie und Pathogenese der von der Harnblase ausgehenden Pyelonephritis

Zusammenfassung

Nach experimenteller Infektion der Harnblase mit Colibacillen entwickeln sich in der Niere entzündliche Infiltrate in den Glomerula und im Interstitium. Die Ausbreitung der Infektion von der Blase in die Niere erfolgt auf dem Blutwege. Die Haftung der Bacterien in den Nieren wird durch eine örtliche Störung des Lymphstromes begünstigt.
