Summary
30 min after a combined intraperitoneal injection of a narcotic (5 or 7.5 mg Pentobarbital) and a saluretic (5 mg Furosemid) an adequate quantity of urine from rats can be obtained by bladderpuncture.
Zusammenfassung
Nach kombinierter intraperitonealer Injektion von Narkoticum (5 bzw. 7,5 mg Pentobarbital) und Salureticum (5 mg Furosemid) kann bei Ratten bereits nach etwa 30 min bei der Blasenpunktion ein verwertbares Harnquantum aspiriert werden.
