Summary

A simple and secure method for obtaining lymphocytes is described by which sufficient antigenic material from rodents, dog and man can be obtained for the production of heterologous antilymphocytic sera.

Es wird eine einfache und sichere Methode zur Lymphocytengewinnung beschrieben, die es ermöglicht, von Nagern, vom Hund und vom Menschen genügend antigenes Material zur Herstellung von heterologen Antilymphocytenseren zu erhalten.
