Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
An increase of magnesium concentration in blood plasma is accompanied by decreasing glomerular filtration rate, effective renal plasma flow and arterial blood pressure.
-
2.
The tubular reabsorption quote of the filtered magnesium is decreased at increasing concentration of magnesium in blood plasma. The excretion ratio excretion/filtration approaches 1.0 at concentrations as high as 16–20 mval/l.
-
3.
Increasing magnesium concentrations in blood plasma are followed by an increased renal excretion of calcium and potassium.
-
4.
The mercurial diuretic Chlormerodrine causes an excretion/filtration-ratio of 1.0 at magnesium concentrations of about 11.0 mval/l. The increased potassium excretion is partly depressed by Chlormerodrine, the excretion of calcium, however, is enhanced.
