Exsiccose bei Ratten

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem periodischen Absaugen des Magensaftes nach Pylorusligatur kann man bei Ratten eine schwere Exsiccose erreichen. Zur Erzielung einer experimentellen Exsiccose scheint diese Methode an Ratten geeigneter als die bisher beschriebenen.

Summary

When the pylorus is ligated and gastric juice periodically aspirated a severe exsiccosis of the salt-deficiency type is produced. It would appear that this method of producing dehydration is superior to older ones.
