Abstract
Report of a study of primary myopathies in children conducted within the framework of our program to evaluate the diagnostic potential of 1 H NMR in muscular diseases. There are substantial differences in the in vitro 1 H NMR response of skeletal muscles between normal children and children with congenital non progressive myopathies and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

In questo lavoro si riportano i risultati di uno studio sulle malattie muscolari primitive del bambino eseguito nell'ambito del nostro programma per la valutazione delle possibilità diagnostiche del NMR su protoni nelle malattie neuromuscolari. Vengono sottolineate importanti differenze tra la risposta NMR in vitro di muscoli di soggetti normali e di soggetti con miopatie congenite strutturali non progressive e con distrofia muscolare tipo Duchenne.
