Abstract
Seventy-two complete remission cases with tumours of the oral and maxillofacial regions treated by photodynamic therapy, which were followed-up long-term, are presented. The results were satisfactory. All of the 34 cases that have been followed-up for more than 5 years are alive, healthy and free of tumour.
