Es wird besprochen, auf welche Weise es am besten möglich ist, das Risiko einer Inokulationsheaptitis bei einer Plasmatransfusion auf ein Minimum herabzusetzen. Die Herstellung von Einzelspenderplasma erweist sich hierbei als die beste Lösung. Die sich daraus ergebenden Probleme (Verwertung der nicht zur Transfusion geeigneten Konserven) werden diskutiert.

Les possibilités de diminuer le danger de l'hépatite par une transfusion de plasma sont discutées. Pour le moment, la fabrication du plasma provenant d'un seul donneur est la meilleure solution. Les problèmes résultants de cette fabrication (utilisation du plasma n'étant pas propre à la transfusion) sont discutés également.

The possibilities of reducing the danger of jaundice by a plasma-transfusion are discussed. At the moment the fabrication of plasma from single donors seems to be the best solution. The problems connected with this fabrication (utilization of plasma, which can not be used for transfusion) are also discussed.
