Zusammenfassung

Viele Affektionen des Bewegungsapparates beim Kind und beim Jugendlichen verlaufen, ohne erhebliche subjektive Symptome zu machen. Das kann zu einer Vernachlässigung der Behandlung führen, die sich dann im Erwachsenenalter rächen kann, indem sie frühzeitige Invalidisierung nach sich zieht. Gerade aus diesen Gründen ist eine Überwachung und Behandlung dieser Affektionen wichtig. Hier kann effektiv Prophylaxe getrieben werden.

Résumé

Bien des affections de l'appareil locomoteur évoluent pendant la jeunesse sans ou avec peu de symptômes subjectifs. Si ces affections ne sont pas reconnues, suivies et soignées à temps, elles peuvent évoluer et provoquer chez l'adulte des l'ésions irréparables qui peuvent conduire à une invalidité précoce. Grâce à une prophylaxie active dans bien des cas, ces suites peuvent être évitées.
