Conclusions
Besides data such as those of immunology or molecular biology, an approach to rheumatology by the conventional methods of pathological anatomy remains essential. It provides bases for the various methods of medical imaging and serves as an objective guideline for a conceptual understanding and for a semantic accordance; hence, its importance in postgraduate training in rheumatology
