La Symptomatologie de l'hyperexcitabilité neuromusculaire du déficit magnésique est aspécifique. Ses critères diagnostiques, ainsi que les problèmes étiologiques et physiopathologiques qu'elle pose sont analysés.

La description d'un syndrome de phlébothrombose par déficit magnésique primitif doit inciter à rechercher la part de ce trouble ionique dans les diverses circonstances thrombogènes connues pour engendrer la déperdition de cet ion.

Zusammenfassung
Die Symptomatologie der neuromuskulären Übererregbarkeit des Magnesiummangels ist unspezifisch. Ihre diagnostischen Kriterien sowie die ätiologischen und physiopathologischen Probleme werden hier analysiert.
Die Beschreibung eines Phlebothrombose-Syndroms, hervorgerufen durch Magnesiummangel, soll den Teil dieser ionischen Störung suchen, der zu den verschiedenen thrombogenen Umständen führt, die zu einem Verlust des Ions führen können.
Praktische Angaben über die sich durch die Einsetzung einer oralen Magnesium-Therapie stellenden Probleme.
Summary
The symptomatology of the neuromuscular hyperexcitability due to magnesium deficit is non-specific. An analysis of its diagnostic criteria and of the etiological and physiopathological problems is made.
The description of a phlebothrombosis syndrome due to primary magnesium deficit must lead to an investigation of the part played by this ionic disturbance in various thrombogenic conditions which may induce a leakage of this ion.
Practical data related to the problems raised by the administration of oral magnesium therapy.
