Über das Vorkommen mit dem Futter aufgenommenen Strontiums im Hühnerei

Zusammenfassung

Legenden Hennen wurde 180 Tage lang strontiumhaltiges Futter (Sr:Ca ≈ 1:22) verabreicht; der gesamte Versuch erstreckte sich über 607 Tage.

Die Dotter der angefallenen Eier und das Skelett wurden auf Strontium und Calcium untersucht.

Das Eigelb enthielt erstmals vier Tage nach Versuchsbeginn einen nachweisbaren Strontiumgehalt, der nach zwei bis drei Wochen ein Niveau um 0,5% der Asche erreichte. Das Strontium:Calcium-Verhältnis des Dotters war jetzt 1:15.

Nach Absetzen des Strontiumfutters war Strontium noch bis zum 186. Tag in der Dotterasche nachweisbar. Der Befund wird mit einer Umlagerung von Skelett-Strontium in den Dotter erklärt.

In der Asche der Tibiae und Halswirbel stieg der Strontiumgehalt bis zum Ende der Strontiumfütterung auf 0,50 bzw. 0,58% am. Er fiel in den folgenden 427 Tagen auf 0,14 bzw. 0,16% ab.
