Conclusion

Nous pouvons terminer cet exposé par l'énoncé que:

  1. 1.

    Des directives sont absolument nécessaires en matière d'alimentation, pour les économes et le personnel de cuisine des instituts. Une bonne alimentation est trop considerée comme «une alimentation luxueuse».

  2. 2.

    Il est urgent de donner une information alimentaire progressive aux élèves afin de les familiariser avec les connaissances alimentaires et les exigences de leur âge.

Nous pensons qu'en assurant une bonne alimentation à notre jeunesse nous touchons au problème capital d'améliorer la santé générale de notre population. Pour corriger et redresser les habitudes alimentaires, cette ambition doit pouvoir permettre de conjuguer les bonnes volontés et les efforts de tous.
