Abstract
The temperature distribution in a local surface region of a casing during combustion-wave propagation in a mixture of fuel and oxidizer powders is studied. Various fuel mixtures and casings with different wall thicknesses made of various materials were used. The end effects were investigated. The conditions which influence the character of heat release from elements with fuel-mixture charges were analyzed.
