La majorité des enfants obèses parmi 965 écoliers de dix ans montraient des signes d'obésité déja à l'âge de 7 ans, mais non pas pendant la première année de la vie. La période la plus critique se trouve donc entre 1 et 7 ans.
Summary
The majority of the obese children among 965 ten-year olds were overweight already at 7 yrs, but had not gained weight excessively during the first year of life. The most critical period therefore is the age between 1 and 7 yrs.
