Résumé
Les taux des lipides sériques chez les adolescents de Bâle-Ville, dans leurs huitième année de scolarité ont été trouvés normaux et peu influencés par la prise de repas réguliers et la fréquence de consommation de lait et de corps gras. La signification à long terme des habitudes alimentaires semble plus importante que l'effet immédiat sur la lipidémie.
Summary
Serum lipids of a representative sample of eighth grade Basle school children were found practically all within normal range and hardly affected by the frequency of regular meals, milk and fat. The prospective significance of eating habits seems more important than the immediate effect on blood lipid levels.
