Parodontale Gesichtspunkte bei der kieferothopädischen Behandlung Erwachsener

Zusammenfassung

Die Problematik der kieferorthopädischen Behandlung Erwachsener wird diskutiert und es werden Richtlinien für die orthodontische Behandlungsplanung im parodontal erkrankten Gebiß aufgezeigt. Der Indikationsbereich kombiniert kieferorthopädisch-parodontaler Maßnahmen im Erwachsenengebiß wird abgegrenzt und an Einzelbeispielen dargelegt.

Summary

The problems arising from the orthodontic treatment of adults are discussed and guiding principles are given for orthodontic treatment planning in patients with periodontal disease. The indications of combined orthodontic and periodontal procedures in adults are given and examples of treatment are shown.

Résumé

L'auteur expose les problèmes qui résultent d'un traitement orthodontique chez les adultes et propose des directives au plan de traitement chez des patients atteints de parodontopathies. Il donne les indications du traitement combiné orthodontique et parodontologique et les illustre par des cas cliniques.
