Zusammenfassung

Zu Beginn der Ausführungen wurde eine Begriffsdefinition gegeben. Nach kurzem Überblick über die Literatur folgte eine Erläuterung der Behandlungsproblematik sowie eine kephalometrische Diskussion über die typische skelettale Konfiguration von Malokklusionen mit vertikal basal überhöhtem Untergesicht. Am Beispiel eines Falles wurden Befund, Diagnostik und Behandlungsplanung nach der Bergen-Schule besprochen. Es wurden die Ergebnisse zu Behandlungsende und 1 Jahr nach Behandlungsende gezeigt.

Summary

After a survey of the relevant literature upon cases with a high Frankfort-mandibular plane angle, an explanation is given with the aid of cephalometrics of the treatment problems. The diagnosis and treatment-in accordance the Bergen-method is discussed and illustrated with examples.

Une définition de concept précède l'exposé; après un court aperçu sur la littérature, on aborde le problème thérapeutique et l'étude céphalométrique du type facial présentant une augmentation basale verticale de l'étage inférieur. Puis on décrit, selon l'école de Bergen, l'état, le diagnostic et la plan de traitement d'un cas. On fournit encore les résultats à la fin du traitement et un an après.
