Gingivale Rezessionen, eine Spätfolge des Frontengstandes?

Zusammenfassung

Bei Probanden mit frontalem Engstand mit und ohne gingivalen Rezessionen wurden die Zahnauslenkungen der mittleren unteren Inzisivi bestimmt. Der Einfluß rein muskulärer Kräfte (Mundöffnung, Vorschub und Zungendruck) zeigt keine deutlichen Unterschiede zwischen den Probanden. Demgegenüber ergibt sich beim Knirschen auf den parodontal vorgeschädigten Zähnen eine Zahnauslenkung von 500 µ. Gefährdet ist besonders der im Außenstand stehende Frontzahn.

Summary

The tooth mobility of the central incisors was measured in junior students with misplaced incisor teeth and either with or without recession of the marginal gingiva. The influence of muscle-functions like opening, protrusion and force of the tongue shows no significant difference in these students. Traumatic occlusion of the lower incisors showed in patients with marginal irritation and an increase of the tooth mobility up to 500 µ. Misplaced incisor teeth, especially rotated teeth in a crowded mandibular arch appeared to be the factor most associated with recession.

Résumé

On étudie la mobilité des incisives centrales inférieures chez des sujets présentant un tassement incisif avec ou sans retrait gingival. L'influence des forces purement musculaires ne montre aucune différence notable entre les personnes examinées. Le bruxisme produit au contraire, des déplacements dentaires de 500 µ particulièrement sur les dents en malposition.
