Evidence for the stimulant and depressant central effects ofl-α-acetyl methadol

Zusammenfassung

Nachweis, dassl-α-Acetyl Methadol (LAAM) nicht nur zentralnervös sedierenden, sondern auch stimulierenden Effekt hat. Im Tierversuch zeigt sich bei elektroenzephalographischen Ableitungen bei visueller Stimulierung und Elektroschock-Behandlung ein 2-phasiger, von der Dosierung abhängiger Effekt des LAAM auf das Zentralnervensystem, was den Erfahrungen mit Methadon Hydrochlorid entspricht.
